Pre-heat oven at 350 C

Wash and brush potatoes;

Cut the potatoes in cubes of 2-3 centimetres (about an 1 inch ¼);

Peal and cut onions roughly to the same size;

|

Add crushed tomatoes and add spices, garlic except for the lemon juice and mix;

|
Prepare Baking Pan by oiling it with olive oil;
|
|
7.
|
Put mixing bowl contents in the Baking Pan;
|
|
8.
|
Slice chicken breasts on the diagonal to the desired size and tuck in the vegetables;

|
9.
|
Pour lemon juice on preparation;
|
|
10.
|
Put in the oven for 45 min to 1h at 350 f;
|
Take out and ready to serve

100 gr of Kalamata Olives (ideally pitted)
20 gr of garlic
30 gr of parsley
20 gr of basil (dried)
15 gr of sea salt
15 gr of ground pepper
15 gr of Turmeric powder
10 gr of ground cilantro
30 ml of extra virgin olive oil
100 ml of lemon juice
Cooking Tools needed:
Mixing bowl of 25 cm
Ideally a baking pan of 25cm x 45 cm by 7cm deep.
