This very special jam is made to be either used as a side dish
with fish, lamb, pork, but can also be used for cooking.
E.g. Put a layer of jam on your fish filet in the oven for
20 min. at 250 degrees and the jam will sink in the meat.
Put the oven at broil 2 minutes before removing
and VOILÀ... VERY NICE!!!
